Miami Meets Milan
Coming soon, the new edition of the international exhibition Miami Meeets Milan is ready to sail and reach the shores of Miami Beach. Organized by Spoleto Arte, the review will take place at the’Hotel Victor (1144 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, USA) from 4th to 8th December 2019, at the height of the opening of the most important art fair in the world, Art Basel
Presented by Salvo Nugnes,, curator of exhibitions and great events, the happening brings together the contribution of numerous prominent personalities, including prof. Vittorio Sgarbi, the artist José Dalì, son of Salvador Dalì, the general Director of the Ministry, the general Consul of Italy, the President of the Lombardy Region , the Mayor of Milan and the Mayor of Miami Beach, of Roberto Villa (House of Photography), of the RAI reporter Antonietta Di Vizia, of the director of the triennial Photography Luigi Gattinara and of the art curator Nicoletta Rossotti.
Miami Meets Milan will bring to the attention of a lively and multi-ethnic audience as it can be that of overseas especially Italian art, with a small and precious hint to the foreign one, but always placing a particular regard for that contemporary art scene so rich as little known . Therefore, the careful selection of painters, sculptors and photographers will lead to the creation, as well as a physical and digital exhibition, of a catalogue that will be published by Editoriale Giorgio Mondadori.
“Now also in the United States – explains Nugnes – the Miami Meets Milan brand is a consolidated reality and known for art lovers and not only, who in this period arrive in Miami. The art show, which I am honored and proud to direct, aims to introduce to the general audience that hosts Miami, the art that our Committee selects and intends to promote “. And thanks also to the location hosting the event, Miami Meets Milan becomes a point of attraction with a rooftop from which you can enjoy a 360 ° view of Miami, a breathtaking view of the sea and the beach.
The exhibition, which will open to the public at 6pm (local time) on December 4th, will be open every day from 10am to 6pm – Admission is free
